For lawyers and law firms interested in joining the Epoq network
Professionalism: Firms are required to maintain a standard of friendliness, courtesy, and efficiency in all their dealings.
Immediate notification: All client complaints, or issues regarding the service provision should be promptly directed to Epoq by the Law Firms.
Service Refusal Disclosure: Firms must swiftly communicate to Epoq any instances where they decide against offering their services to a client, including the specific reasons behind such decisions.
Document Review Services Availability: For all document review services, including Rapidocs Review Services and the Review Services (“the Document Review Services”), Law Firms should ensure the availability of their services during conventional business hours.
Document Review Services Response Time: With respect to the Document Review Services, for a majority (90%) of the legal documents dispatched for review, the Law Firm is expected to either have reviewed the document or attempted to establish contact with the client for further discussions or clarifications within a span of 3 working days post-receiving the document. If attempts to connect with the client prove futile, it's imperative for the Law Firm to document all such outreach efforts.
Legal Matters Response Time: For pre-screened Legal Matters, we anticipate the Law Firm to initiate the legal process or reach out for additional discussions or clarifications within 3 working days of obtaining the matter. Documented efforts of communication are required in scenarios where the client remains unresponsive after multiple outreach attempts.
